Due to supplier conditions—including manufacturers, importers, and shipping companies—or system maintenance, our response and shipping times may occasionally be delayed. We stock and manage products that have been imported through proper legal procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Cannabis Control Act, the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act, the Food Sanitation Act, the Food Labeling Act, and the Customs Act. Because we hold inventory domestically, there are no delays related to customs clearance or overseas shipping, and we can ship within the same day to 3 business days after confirming payment. In addition, for all products, we obtain Certificates of Analysis (COA) from manufacturers (or authorized distributors) to ensure transparency and safety. |

Sales Price
The sales price shall be the amount displayed for each product (displayed price / tax and shipping included).
Fees Other Than the Product Price
- Shipping is currently free as part of a limited-time campaign (end date TBD).
- Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer (fees vary by financial institution).
※ If a package is returned to the sender because it could not be received within the designated holding period due to the recipient’s absence, the cost of reshipping will be charged to the customer.
※ If a package is returned to the sender due to refusal of receipt, the reshipping fee will also be borne by the customer.

Payment is confirmed at the time the order is placed.

Invoices for monthly charges are issued on the 1st of the following month, based on the previous month’s total, and details are sent via email/SMS.

Cancellations
Cancellation after payment is not accepted.
Cooling-off rules do not apply to online shopping, as orders are placed voluntarily.
Return & Exchange Policy
As a general rule, returns or exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted.
However, returns or exchanges are permitted only if the product is defective, and must be requested within 8 days of receipt.
Please check your items promptly upon arrival.
If a defect is found:
- Contact us with your order number within 8 days.
- Prior contact is required before shipping the item back.
- Return shipping and handling fees will be covered by our shop.
- Please return the product via Cash on Delivery (postage paid by recipient).
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after returned items are confirmed.
Non-returnable items
Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted for:

✔ Items damaged by the customer
✔ Items returned after the deadline
✔ Differences in color/shape or “different from what I imagined”
