2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
Our shop uses customers’ personal information for the following purposes:

To address actions that violate our terms, policies, or other rules related to our services
To notify customers of changes to our terms, policies, or related matters
To improve our services and develop new services
To create statistical data in a format that does not identify individuals in relation to our services

3. Changes to the Purpose of Use
Our shop may change the purpose of use of personal information within a scope reasonably deemed to be relevant, and any changes will be notified or publicly announced.
4. Restrictions on the Use of Personal Information
Except where permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws, we will not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use without the customer’s consent. However, this does not apply in the following cases:

When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and obtaining consent is difficult
When particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound growth of children and obtaining consent is difficult
When cooperation with a government agency, local authority, or a contractor performing legally mandated tasks is required, and obtaining consent may impede the execution of such tasks
5. Proper Acquisition of Personal Information
We obtain personal information properly and do not obtain it through deception or other wrongful means.
6. Security Management of Personal Information
We supervise our employees as necessary and appropriate to ensure the secure management of personal information and prevent loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage. When outsourcing handling of personal information, we supervise contractors to ensure proper security management.
7. Provision to Third Parties
Except where permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws, we will not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent. However, the following cases do not constitute provision to third parties:
When outsourcing all or part of personal information handling within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
When personal information is provided in connection with business succession due to merger or other reasons
When personal information is jointly used based on the Personal Information Protection Act
8. Disclosure of Personal Information
When requested by a customer to disclose personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act, we will confirm the identity of the requester and disclose the information without delay (or notify the customer if such information does not exist). However, this does not apply where we are not obligated to disclose under applicable laws.
9. Correction of Personal Information
If a customer requests correction, addition, or deletion of personal information based on the Personal Information Protection Act, claiming that the information is inaccurate, we will verify the identity of the customer and conduct necessary investigations within the scope required to achieve the purposes of use, and based on the results, correct the information without delay and notify the customer.
10. Suspension of Use of Personal Information
If a customer requests suspension or deletion of personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act due to improper handling or acquisition by wrongful means, and such request is found to be justified, we will verify the identity of the customer and suspend use without delay and notify the customer.
11. Use of Cookies and Other Technologies
Our services may use cookies or similar technologies to analyze usage and improve performance. Users may disable cookies in browser settings, but doing so may prevent access to some functionalities.
